Mr: Wheeler one of the Execurs. of Mr. Parsons
Will, attended this Comittee with the writings
relateing to the Till of the Houses in Row Lane
given to this Hospitall and the till directing that the Writings should
be delivered to president & Governors. or whom
they should appoint, We hereby order That
the same be delivered by Schedule to Mr. Tho
Wright

of this Hospll. And that his Receipt be a
sufficient Discharge to the Execurs.

Decreasnes of Lyusters for 21 years from Michas
1705 at £50 P Ann & [..] £820 Fine, Desires to
have Ten years Added to his Lease, in regard be
Finds the Lands capable of a Losting Improvement by Drawing
& Chalking which will be a considerable Expence
& Charge & will not be Aumered within the Terme
of 21 : years, and besides such Improvemt he
proposes to pay downe the sume of £200: as an
Addicon to his Fine, This Comittee thereupon Ordd
it be Recomended to the Genll. Court to Enable
them to Treat & Agree with the sd. Mr. Craddock
for such Addicon of yeares, if they shall find it
for the Service of the House, upon the Termes
proposed or such other Terms as they shall judges
fill
