other person or persons

And whereas Mr: Dorran had a Lease
of Two small Tenemt: which lye neare the
intended New Way, & will be fit to be Rebuilt
& laid into the Houses which shall be built
in the new Street. It is referred to Mr.
Trear to Treat & Agree with her for her
Interest therein upon lock Termes as he shall
think propper. As a go with any other persons whose
Interest he shall think propper to Buy in
Mr. Walter who came to Treat abt: some
of the Ground in the sd new Way, is desired
to attend at next Committee.

Agreed with Mr: Symon Rydoubt to Lett
him a Lease of part of the Ground late
Jackson lyeing in the intended New way, vizt:
Eighteen foot in breadth from the back part
of Mr. Virgins house and the whole Depth
upon in a Straight Line from the end of the sd
Eighteen foot to Cherry Trear Alley, Together
with the Rillett All house and the yard &
Shed thereto belonging being also part of
Jacksons Tenemt: He is to have all the
Old matrialls and to Build a near Brick
house within a yeare according to the second Rates for
Building of Houses in London Fronting to the
intended new way & placed in such manner
for the Convenience of the sd way as shall be
Approved by the Committee or Trear He is to have a
Lease for Fifty One yeares from Lady day
next at Five pounds ten shillings P Ann;
And to pay a Fine of Twenty pounds in [..]
