Mr. Ratcliffe 's
Surrdender.}


At the humble Request of Mr. Hanah
Ratcliffe
< no role > Widdow or Tennt: of some Old houses
in the intended New Way. whose Lease expires
at Lady day next It is Ordered that upon
paying the halfe Years Rent which will be
due at Lady day. A Surrender shall be
forthwith Accepted of her Lease.

Durdant, to have
9: Trees.}


Ordered that the publicacon [..] about
Letting the demeanes of the Manner of
Lynfters be Deferred till further Order, and
that a pticular be delivered to such Psons as desire it
Mr. Trear accquainted the Comittee That he wth.
Mr. Calcutt the Carpenter had been the last
Week but one at Denham Durdant, and view'd the
Damage done by the late Storme, and the
want of Repaires. and that Nine Trees being
blowne downe, the Tennt. desired the same
towards Repairing his Damage & Rebuilding the Barne whereupon
it is ordered That the Tennt: shall have
the sd. Trees to be used in the sd. Repaires.
& New Building.

Orpington Pound
& Herriott there.}


Ordered that the Trees blowne downe at
Orpington , be imployed towards Repairing
the pound there; and such further Timber
cutt for that purpose as shall be Necessary
And it is referred to Mr. Trear to give
direcons therein, And also to Agree for
such sume of Money as he shall think
[..] fitt for the Harriott due upon the
Death of One of the Tennts. there.
