Mr: Trear accquainted the Comittee, that the
Church Wardens if St: Thomas Pish expresse
themselves willing to surrender their Lease of
the Houses in the intended New Way, but having
Lett one of the Houses to a Victualler for 6: or
7: Yeares, they cannot doe it, till he is
agreed with; Mr: Malyn a Member of this
Comitee undertook to discourse him abt: it and
in the meane time the Consideracon of the
Surrender of that Lease and of the Disposeing
of the Front Vaull under the Charge is
adjourned.

Ordered that the Matter depending between
this Hosptt: and the Heires of Mr. Codlham decd
be prosecuted in the [..] effectuall manner
for the bringing the same to a speedy issue

Ordered that the Clarke of this Hospll
forthwith proceed to free lose Mr. Taylor &
Jackson & all other who have any Interest
in the Lease he before granted to one Bland
of Houses in Joyners Street & Hatchetts Corner
in this parish for Non payment of Rent;
The Houses being much not of Repaire, and
the Counter part of that Lease never Sealed
so that no pson is in Law lyable to any Accom
for the Rent or Repaires.

Lazarus Ward in the lowest Court
being Partly under ground & very dampr &
It is ordered that that Ward be Abatted and
made into an Engine House & Lumber House
and that the Ward over it be made use of
for the Foule dissease instead [..] thereof
And it is referred to Mr. Trear to give
direcons for the doeing thereof
