Cutt downe by Sr. Wm: Houywood< no role > was deferred
till Sr. Wm. Houywood< no role > comes next to Towne
which he says the intends in the next Terme.

A Letter from Mr: Leppington and another
from Mr: Guilbert on behalfe of Mr. Bagnall
our Tennt: of the de [..] Lynsters praying that the Letting
of that Farme may be deferred till another
Committee were Read and the Comittee Considering
the Ofter made by Mr. Bagnall the 21st of Jan:
last, and hat this Day was app [..] ted by the last Comittee for Letting
the sd Farme, and that severall persons out
of the Country now attended to Bid for the same
The Comittee is of opinion, to proceed forthwith
to the Letting of the sd Farmes

And then the severall persons were Called
in and made the following proposally vizt

Mr. Henry Alden< no role > , the present Sub Tennt: propised
£700: to be paid halfe when the Lease comences
and the other halfe in 2: or 3: yeares after.

Mr. Edmund Craddock proposed Eight Hundred
& Twenty pounds vizt £420: in 3 [..] Months & residue when
the Lease comences Mr. Johnson proposed Eight Hundred pounds
Mr: Fawcott proposed £760: and Ten Guineys
to poors Box.

Whereupon Mr. Edwd Craddock< no role > appearing to be the
best Bidder (the other Gentlemen having been
heard several times and offering no more then as
above) He was Called in and Agreed with the
Committee for a Lease of the Demesues of the
manner of Lyusters in the Countyes of Bucks &
Hartford 21 yeares from Michal 1705: at
which time the present Lease to Mr. Bagnall
