Minutes of last Grand Comittee read &
Approved.

Ordered that the Brest Summers from the
Chappell under the New Hall to the Old
One and the Frames of the Windowes pilasters Cornish &
other Timber & Stone Worke above the Brest
Summers, be Double primed in Oyle in like
manner as the great Quadrangle is done.

Ordered that the Staircaes & Doors in the lower
Quadrangle which have been lately altered, be
painted like the other Staircases in this Hospll:

Ordered that the the Ceiling & Grisders under
the New Hall & the Butlers Lodging be
White washed & painted and Mr: Treat is
desired to give directions therein

Except as to the painting of the Girders under
the New Hall , which upon Consideracon is thought
fitt to be Omitted unless the Girders & Timber
Worke under the Piazzas of the Great Quadrangle
be also painted

Ordered that the Girders & Timber Worke under
the New Hall & Butler Lodging & also under the
Piazzas in the Great Square and likewise the Wainscotting & Ren [..]
there be forthwith double primed, this Comittee
thinking it necessary for the preservacon of the
same.

Ordered that the Sashes of the Great Hall be
forthwith puttied & Primed And it is left to
Mr. Trear to give directions therein & to Agree for the
[..] thereof and for [..] painting at the Gordens [..]
