and Mr: Trear is desired to take care thereof
and give direcions therein.

Agreed with Mr: Finkley, to Lett her the
House is Joyners Street, next to the House now in
her possession, (being one of the Houses belonging
to Mr: Taylor or Jackson) For Seven yeares
from Christmas next at Eight pounds P Ann:
And such Repaires are to be done at the Charge
of the Hospll: as Mr. Trear shall think fitt to
direct.

Minuted of last Grand Comittee read &
approved.

Mr. John's proposes to take off the pantyles in
the first Court, [..]
and to Cover the place with Feather Edged Boards
in liew thereof, for 15th: Charge and to allow
4th. back at the end of 2: Years & ½; [..] if
desired, he having the Boards, He proposed
to have for the Covering that place with pantiles
22d: but insists that Tyles rise abt: £4: before the
Worke was ordered after that proposal, which
he expects to be allowed, if his present Offer be
not accepted. The Comittee considering thereof
is of Opinion to Continue the Covering
Pautiles .
