up on the Westside of the [..] Door out of the Hospll:
into the sd. Church, be Reserved for the use of the
Trear of this Hospll; for the time being, and that all
the pews in the Chancell shall be Reserved for
the Use of the Governor: and the Ministers & Officers
belonging to this Hospll. to be placed in such manner
us the Comittee or the Trear for the time being shall
think most proper & suitable. [..]

Mr. Leggatt our Tennt. of a House in the Shoe makr.
Row in St:Thomas's late pounds in possesion
of Mr. Corkayne, expireing at Midsumr. 1706
Offered 10th: for a New Lease for Thirteen Years
from Midsumr. last at the Old Rent of £2:4s
which was refused

Mr. Coules our Tennt: of a House in St. Thomas's
agt: 3: Herring Court, proposes the same Fine
& Rent & upon the like terms as at Comittee
17th: June last, which was refused by this Comittee
He afterward, proposed 4s. more, but it was refused
Mr: Hawkins our Tent: of a House neare the
Two pumps late Sugars, in his own possesion
which expires at Lady day 1704: at £2:4s p ann
complaines that the House it very Old & much
Decayed, and refuses to come to any Agreemt.
for holding it after this Lease is out.
