Mr. Jonathan Garrett< no role > our Tennt: of the Waggon
=house & other Houses adjoyning in St. Thomas's
praying That the Wall of Jackson's Tenemt: upon
which part of the Waggon house now stands may
be Continued for the support of that House
It is ordered that Mr. Trear & 2: or 3: more
Given [..] take a view thereof and Report
their Opinion to this Comittee.

This Comittee takeing into Consideracon, the
Refference from the lad Genrl. Court in relacon
to the Building of House for the Trear of this
Hospll. for the time being, Agreed & Ordered
That the sd House be forthwith Build, And
that the Old Hall of this Hospll: with the
old Compling house & porters Lodge be pulled
downe, And in the roome thereof there be
Erected A House for the Trear, with a
Comittee Roome & Compling house or Book house
and a Lodge for the porter of the Back Gate
And That Mr. Trear Mr: Scott Mr: Cooper Mr:
Hooper Mr: Cole Mr: Houlton & Mr. Fenwick, & Mr. Baker or
any Three of them (the Trear being One) be
a Sub Comittee for this purpose, And they are
desired forthwith to Treat for the selling of all the
Materialls of the Old Buildings [..]
[..] and to Settle a Draft of the New Buildlings
and to Treat with workeman for the Doeing thereof
And to Report what they doe therein to this
Comittee.
