Mr. Cowles may depride him if Unless Care
be taken thereof upon the Granting of Mr. Lease
of the sd. Cowles's House ,Whereupon Mr. Treasr
Mr. Cholmley & Mr. Walf are delived
And the sd.
Mr. Cowles being heard thereto and he Complaining
of the Want of some Convenieneyes, Mr. Trear ,
Mr. Cholmley & Mr. Watts are desired to Meet to-
morrow Morning at 9: and view the matters in Difference
Report their Opinion thereupon to this Comittee
Mr. Trear accquainted the Comittee, that some of
the Surgeons Young Men have lately taken upon
them to Open & dissed some of the Dead Body
of the patients Dyeing in this House, And An Order
of the Gent . Court of the 22th: of Decembr: [..]
1670: made agt. Dissmembring of Dead Bodyes being
Read & Considered It is thereupon Ordered That
for the time to come No Young Man or Apprentice
belonging to any of the Surgeons of this House shall
presume to Open Dised or Diismember any of the
Dead patients in this Hospll: And that None of
the Doctors or Surgeons belonging to this Hosptt. their
Open Dissed or Dismember any such Dead Body
without first accquainting Mr. Trear therewith
& having his Consent to the same.

The Setting of the Covenants in the Leases to
Mr: Neatby & Mr; Foster(who are Quakers)
relating to their Contibucons to the Repaire of
the Church Etc, [..] or finding some Expedient
in liew of those Coven. is referr'd to Mr: Trear.

Ordered that the Apothcaryes Shop & Rooms
behind it, be made the Takeing in, Rooms for the
time to come And that the place for the poor.
