And for that Sr. Wm. Rowyer< no role > as well as the rest
of our Tennts: are obliged by their Leases to Support
& Repaire: This Comittee is of Opinion That a
president of this sort may draw on many other
Applicacons, and that therefore no Allowance should
be made, except of Rough Timber, which the Tennt:
ought to have by his Lease for Repairs, [..]
& Mr: Galar being called in was accquainted therewith

Willm Skingle< no role > our Tennt: of Lands at Parnedon
in Essex complaines, that a Slack of Chimneys
& great part of the Tyleing belonging to the House
there, and part of the Cow house & pales, were
blowne downe by the late Storme of Wind the 26th:
Nov: last in the night, for which he pray'd some
Allowance, being (as he alleadge) unnable to due it himself
whereupon the Comittee accquainted him [..]
the same effect at they had done Mr. Galar, and
but to be being
that they would have him take care
to make good the Repaires, and that they would
Assigne him Rough Timber, and when they should
have a P [..] ler Accompt of his Damage, they
would consider whether any thing further should
be allowed towards it.

The Matter relateing to Dr: Cox being taken into
Consideracon, Ordered that the Waterfrom the
coming from the Houses (late Mr. Coldhams
Estate) adjoyning to the New intended Wards in
the Fine Court, which now falls upon the Roofe of
or Covering to these Wards, be Turned upon the
Ground belonging to those Houses, & not suffered to
Run into the Hosptt: Unlesse Mr: Trear shall them
fitt to order it otherwise.

Ordered that the Damage done to the Church
& Hospitall, and the Houses in the Parish was in
the Hospitall's hands be forthmill Repaired.
