Minutes of last Grand Comittee read &
Approved
Ordered that Sculleries be made to such of the
Wards in the Cover Quadrangle where the same are
wanting, and that Sinks & other Conveniences be
made there for the better keeping those Wards sweet
& Cleane, and Mr. Trear is desired to Agree with
Workemen and to give direcons for the speedy
doeing thereof.

The Plaistering & Walls of the Wards in the lower
Quadrangle being much broke & Dirty, it is Ordered
that the same be forthwith Stopp'd & White washed.

Ordered that the Brest Summers & other Timbers
in the sd. lower Quadrangle, which lye exposed to
the Weather, be forthwith double primed, for the
better preservacon thereof.

Mr: Trear [..] accquainted the Comittee, that one
Mrs: Brackley who had a Mortgage of Houses in
George Yard in Lease to Mr. James Long< no role > . hath lately
taken an Assignemt: of the Equity of Redempcon, and
hath paid downe the Sume of
for the Arreares of Ground Rent, which being added
to the principall & Interest, she alleadges will
much exceed the Value of the houses, and therefore
requests that [..]
[..] the Alienawn Fine may be Rensitted, And
this Comittee considering the Case Order that
One halfe of the sd. Fine be Remitted.

The Church of St. Thomas being by the Grant of
King Edwd< no role > . the 6th; Appropriated as well for the Use
of the Ministers Officers & poore of this Hospll. as
of the Inhabitants of the Parish of St. Thomas, It
is Ordered by this Comittee That the pew now Fitted
