Sr: Oldys's Opinion:

Upon Perusall of the Grant to the Governor : of
St: Thomas Hospital I am of Opinion That
Although the Church be made Parockiall, Yet by
that Grant his Indowed with all the Priviledges
of a Free Chappell, and is Really A Free Chappell
in the Strickett Sence, being Exempted from the
Jurisdiction of the Ordinary in Express Termes
Arch Bishopps Bishopp or Arch deacons. And
therefore I am of Opinion That the Ordinary
is Lyable to an Attacchmt: in at the Queens Suite
in case he shall Exercise Jurisdiction therein
having the Priviledge of a Free Chappell.

for Sr: Thomas Hospital, and hearing the
Allegation, that there had not been, time
out of Mind, any Visitacon from the
