Presented the Reslunce to the Comr: for
Publick Accompt according to the dirececons
of the last Comittee, And that they were Pleased
to Expresse themselves to this Effect, That they
look'd upon this Return to be very faire &
Candid & if they required any further
Satisfaction they would give Notice to this Hospll:

Mr. Trear accquanting the Comittee That a
Visitation by the Rsyr. if Winchester was appointed
to be held in St. Thomas Church on Thursday
next, And upon Examinacon [..] these this beingIt appearing that this is a Thing Un presidented
and [..] the Comittee Conceiving that this
Church is Execept from the Rpts Visitacon
and that the Admitting thereof may be
Prejudiciall to the Right of this Hospll: It
is Ordered that it be Referred to Mr. Trear, &
Mr. Marshall to Advise with Such Comittee as
they Shall think fitt this afternoon. touching
the Hospll: Right in this Pink, and to Reput
what they doe therein to a Grand Comittee
which is appointed to be Simmoned agt: Sir
this Eveing in order to their Taking Such
Resolution in this Case as shall Seen most
for the Service if this Hospll:

Mr. Reighton Mr. Fisher & al: Came to Trear
with this Comittee [..] for a Lease of a Small Old
Tenemt: in St. Thomas Parish Past of the House
lately Surrendred by Mr. Briscoe & now in Possive
of Lawder a Blaxk Smith, adjoyneing to the House late
Davison; and for a Lease of the Corner house next
to the sd Brisian house now in Lease to One Mr
Siries,,wherein are abt 6: year to come
And Proposed to lay out 400 in New Building
