Genrl. Court, if it shall be thought fitt, And it is
Ordered that this Matter be Recomended to the next
Generall Court:

Wm: Brice< no role > Shoemaker Agreed for a Lease
of the House in his Possession late in Lease to Mrs:
Mary Carter< no role > in St: Thomas's for 13: Yeares & ½
from Christmas [..] last at the Old Rent of 44d:
P ann: And a Fine of £100:& to be paid in hand

Upon the Peticon of Mary Jackson< no role > widdow of
Willim Jackson< no role > decd late Temnt: of Severall houses
in St: Thomas upon which Ejeitmts. are Cately
delivered for Areares of Ground Rent, wherein the
Offers to Resigne her Interest in the Lease, only
prays, that the Hospll: would provide her till some
place for her Habitation the being antient & in a very
poor Condition; It is referred to Mr: Trear to
Provide some place for her, and to take ac Assignment:
for Surrender of the Lease to the Use of the
Hospll:

Upon Reading a Letter from Dr: Torlesse to Mr: Trear of the 3d int [..]
& upon Reading over the Proceedings & Resolucons
of the former Committees in relacon to Dr: Torlesse
& Mr: Elton, It is Declared to be the Unanimous
Opinion of this Comittee [..] not to Restore
them to their places till this Matter be laid before a Gentl :
Court, and this [..] as to Hearing to the late
Comd: for sick & Wounded Seamen as desired by Dr:
Torlesse in his sd Letter, this Comitte will be
reedy to lease them at their next Meeting it
the Comr: think fitt then to attend.

At Petition from Dr: Torlesse & Mr: Elton Prayting for the
Reasons therein Contained to be that their Suspension
may be taken off, and the Restored to their places
