on the Southside of the passage goeing out of the Great
Quadeangle towards the Surgery. And that a Roome be made
for the Use of the Doctors in the other Ground Ward on the
Northside of the said Passage, [..] And that the said
Passage be Widened.

Agreed and Ordered That the 3: pair of Staires leading up
to the Wards in that Quadrangle be Taken down and instend
thereof That Staires be sett up at the Four Angler of the
Hard And it is Referref to Mr. Trear to give Directors for
the doeing thereof and for the making Conveineces for
the Sisters and Nurse in those Wards and for the Removing
and Sitting ye the Apotheryes Shopp and Laboratory and
the Doctor Roome.

Mr. Trear Depty: Tooley Mr. Hooper, Mr. Malyer. Mr. Hester
Mr. Cole Mr. Fenwick and Mr. Haitwell or any Three of
them are appointed to be a Sub Comittee To Consider abt:
altering the Front of the Frist Court and secureing the
Vaults Lett to Mr. Herter from the Raine and to Report
their Opinion to this Comittee.

Ordered that Major Lane in Const of his Manitaining
the Comon Sewer and Defending the Hospll agt: it shall the Charge thereof
have a Grant for the Term to come in the Lease it his House had Dapper of a small peice of Ground lyeing Contignous
to this House, on the East side of the Ground (neare the Church
yard ) Designed for a Burying Ground for this Hospll, he
Dividing the same from the said Burying Ground at his
own Charge by a Brick Wall, to Range with the Wall of his
Garder: and to goe in Length from the End of that Wall to
the Houses on the North side of the said Burying Ground

Ordered that Mr. Trear have power and be desired to
Suspend the Steward or any other Officer with in the House
during the Interwall of Comittees for Neglect of duty in
their Respective Offices or any Misdeamours such Suspencon
to Continue only till the next Comittee and then to be
Reported
