the Doctor: be P unitted to hold the Sd Visital
for this Time in the sd Church, And it was then
further Agreed that the sd Protest & Declaracon
should be Registed amongst the Act and
Proceedings at the Sd Vicitacon And that the
Church Wardens of the Parish of St. Thomas
Should not make their Presentmts: or be Sworn
in the Sd Church, and that no Visitation all Act Should be
done there relating to that Church it Selfe
And Mr. Trear further Reputed That the next
Day being Thursday the 27th: of May, The Church
Decrej were Kept Shutt till about Eleaven a
Clock, And then Decbr: Rramston coming thither
was Mett neare the Church Doore by Thomas
Wright

Protest in the Name of the Governor: agt: the Sd
Visitacon according to the Frame before Agreed
Mr [..] Severall other Gover being [..] Present And Doctor Branston Coming from them into
the Great Hall of this Hospll there Made & Signed the Declarcon as
before Settled, and there upon Mr. Trear and
Some other Governor gveing back with him to
the Church He was Admitted in and Held
the Sd Vicitacon there,butNo Visitatoriall
Act relateing to that Church was then done,
The Church Warden of this Parish [..] attended
Dector: Brampston after the Visitation was over
at the Rull Head Tarvene in Southwark Where
they made their Present: and were Sworne
The Opinion of Dr. Oldys & Dr. Lane and
also the Copy of the Sd Protest & Declarcon
under the And of Dr. Bramston were Presented
by Mr. Trear to this Comittee, and being Read
were well Liked & Approved of by this Comittee
And this Comittee Approved of All that hath be
