Agreed with Christopher Johns< no role > & Jno. Mason< no role > Bricklaiers
that in consideracon of £20 to be pd. downe by them &
cleering & digging the ground for the foundacons of the
new intended Wards & pedling downe the old Wall they Shall
have the old Stuff of the Same Wall & the other
Bricklaiers Stuff lying upon the north of the wast ground where
the old Wards formerly foad And [..] to pay then £5 P rod for
all Bricklaires work & Stuff for the new building of the
said Wards & 25s. P Square for tiling & to
persome the buildingwith Save Senthings &
in Such manner as the former building was

Agreed also with Robt. Calcutt< no role > Carpeater to give
him 13.13.0 P Square for all Carpenters work &
stuff for the Same building in Such manner &
former as the former was.

The Mason promist as to his worke to abate
profoconable to what Stone is fallen Since
the War
