Branson

Ordered that Richd. Branson< no role > have a Lease made to him of
a farme and Eighty Seaven Ayres of land pt Parndon in the founty
of Essex and now in tenure or occupation of the said Richd.

< no role > his under tenants or assignes for the terme of Twenty one
years from Michmas One Townsend Seaven hundred and one
at What time the Lease made to Elizabeth Beard< no role > doth expire at &
under the yearly rent of Eight pound and for fine of One hundred &
Fifty pounds [..] to be paid as follows Elizt. Fifty pounds
parte thereafter before the Second day of February next ensuing the
date hereof £50 pounds other parte thereafter before the Feast day
of St. Michael Thearchangell then next ensuing and £50 residue
and in full payment of the said Sum of One hundred Fifty pounds
at or before the Feast day of Drannundacon of the Blessed Virgin
Mary which shal be in the yeare of our Lord 1701 and with such
Covenants (mutatis Matand is ) as are contained in the old Lease
made to the said Elizabeth Bread< no role > .

gate of this Hospitall was presented to and read before
this Comittee praying to have a Sum of money paid to have which
was receid in the Hospital Books for thense of Martha Carter< no role > daughter
of the said John Carter< no role >

Which money this Comittee think not Sitt to pay unto the said
Tho: Carter< no role > by reason it is the propper Moines of the sd Martha: Carter< no role >
the daughter when the attaines to age and therefore acquainted
the said Tho: Carter< no role > they would not dispose thereof without further
Satisfaction an order from the Court of Ald who are Guardins
