out of the house of was intended & the Ground
provided for that purpose may be disposed to

Some further discourse was had with Mr Browne
about renewing his Lease at Parndon
in Essex
& his
resolucon was to give no more then £200. fine
for a Lease for 21 yrs. the expiracon of his
old Lease & at the rent of 12.10.0 wch was refused
by this Comittee.

have a Lease made to him
of the Seite of the Mannor or Farme of Burdelins in
Comberton aforesaid for the terme of 21. Years from
Micas 1700 at which time the present Lease doth expire
at the old rent of £20. per Ann & for a fine of 200 &
4 Score pounds to be pd. as follows Vizt. £150. parte
thereof at the Sealing of the Lease & the other £130. at
Micas 1700 & he to be bound by Covent. to build a barne
of brick for wheat within or before the comencement
of the said new Lease which Shall containe 18. foote
