& made Severall alteracons in the old ones as by the same
written out faire may appeare.

Ordered yt. Wm. Stephens< no role > of ye. parish of Bermondsey
in ye. County of Surrey Deale Merchant have a Lease
made to him of the ground & houses in Blackman
Streete late in ye tenure of Wm. Corbin< no role > for 61 Yeares
from Micas next at the rent of a pepper Corne
for the two first yeares & the rent of £12. per
Annum for the remainder of the terme Jn
consideracon of £120. Guineas to be paid at the
Sealing of the Lease & to lay out £600. in
new building in 7 Yeares time, & he put a
Guiney into the poors box.

Agreed also with Jno. Everitt< no role > of Plumstead in ye.
County of Kent Yeoman that a Lease be made
to him of 7 acres of pastureMarch ground in Plumstead
aforesaid for 21. Yeares from Michmas next at
the rent of 12s. per Annum [..] cleeve of all taxes
Parish duties & other Charges whatsoever & he to beare the
charge of Expenditor for the said lands & not to
plore any of the sd. hands upon of £3. for every
acre to plowed up above the yearly rent reserved.
