the war having ceased Some time It was by the last Generall Court
referred to this Comittee to consider the price of drugs and after
hearing the Apothecary & finding most durgs abattd in price
did order & agree in pursuance of the power given them by the
late new order that the payment of the Said 30th P Annum be
continued untill Christmas last in considercon of the great
number of extra patients hitherto kept Since the war more
then before the war And that from Christmas last the
30th P annum aforesaid be reduced to £15 P annum untill
further order & So the whole Salary from thence to be £64
P annum And that from hence forth the number of out
patients Shall not exceed Thresore in any one month.

Ordered that what persons shalbe found foule in
of the clean Wards or menurable upon the Saterdaill view
which were taken in for clean persons & curable at any since
before or on the last Court Day for taking in Then & So [..]
Mr. Treasurer may discharge & turne out Such person & person
out of the house imediately.

new Lease


Ordered that a Lease be made to Wm. Skingle< no role > of Warby
in the County of Hertford Smith of a Farme & £133 acres of Line
(more or less) at Pardon in the County of Essex now in the
the tenure or occupation of Wm. Browne< no role > his undertenants
or assignes for the terme of one & 20 yeares from Michmas
day next ensuing when the present Lease thereof doth expire at
the yearly rent of £15 paiable half yearly & for a fine of
£260 to be paid at follows Vizt. £130 parte thereof on or
before the 20th day of Febry next ensuing & £130 residue
& in full payment hereof on or before Michmas day ten
next ensuing & to be bound by Covenant in the Said Lease
