appointed

Upon reading & consideracon had of the orders
of the last Generall Court relating to the building
of the Wards on the Southside of the great pane
of ground of the house nearest the high Streete
of Southwarke & the rebuilding of the Church
This Comittee first added Mr. Deputy Collett Mr.
Jno. Read< no role > & Mr Benja. Joseph< no role > unto the Sub Comittee
& ordered the quorum of them be 5. in number
And then this Comittee further ordered that the
said Sub Comittee or any 5. of them be & are heavy
in powered to treat & agree for the New building
the said Wards according to the order of the Generall
Court & order all payments matters & things relating
thereunto And also to put in exeucon the orders of
the last Generall Court relating to the rebuilding of
the said Church And they are further impowered to
treate & conclude for leting any the houses or
wast ground in St. Thomas parish So as Such agreemt.
be not contrary to any orders of Generall Court
And to order repaires of andy matters about the
Hospitall & to make views of any other houses
or lands belonging to this Hospitall & report their
proceedings to this Comittee

Ordered that Mr. Brookbank have a Stave Sent him take
a Governor of this house.

Ordered that this Comittee do meet on friday the 24th.
instant to treate north any persons about rending the
Lease of the lands of Southley wch. appires Michmas 1701.
