Ordered that Jno. Lewis< no role > have a Lease of
the houses by St. Georges Church in Southwarke in the
occupacon of Robinson or his undertents. for the terme
of 21. yeares from Midsomer next at which time the
present Lease thereof made to Shaw doth expire at
the old yearly went of £3. paiable quarterly & for a
fire of £60 to be paid as follows Vizt. £20. at or before
Michmas next & thether £40. by £5. a Quarter untill
the said Sum be all paid & satisfied & with Such
Covents. (mutatis mutandis) as are continued in the
said old Lease To wch. Agreemt. The sd. Jno Lewis< no role > put
5s. into the poor's box.
