rent £20 Acquett ann (16. Parr) 8d. say £28.2.8 which I will thank
you to remit for as soon as convenient & as Boswell has not yes send the
balance in his hands & has own dram expenses to pay to Mr. Penited out if it
I well be obliged to you to receive the £216.3 of him, is a mixed And &
this Assessment property belong to it, as being encurred during the former
Tenanty. The Solicitor of the Hospital will be here Tomorrow where I will
acquaint him will your desire to have the lease prepared.

I am at present merely acknowledge the Receipt of your letter
to the Treasurer of the 15 Inst. inclosing three bells Value £903.4.7
which as they are paid will be placed to your end at for the Berwick and
To be half Rents as stated in your accompanying Accounts.

I have heard lately from the Executer of the late Mr. Barlow &
hope soon to receive Remittance for the suts landing Arreas.

Sir

In Consequence of your letter of the 28 June, I have been in darly
Expectation of receiving a Remittance from you of £80.12. under day
of four year of Arrears of Rent Etc issuing out of an Estate of the late
Col Barlow at Dringhouses, & payable ever same the Augn of James the
four to the four Royal Hospital in London. As the Col; had unacin
ably delayed the Payment of the rent the frequently applied to
for it, the Sold. of Church Hospital had received direction to inforce it,
lyally if with held any longer, and would have proceeded so to do if the
Col as Death had not intervened Burpinded the Measure; but as you
we presence, are his Executer or legal Representative, I have to request that
you will will sad further delay remetane the abovementioned Sum
& yearly continue to pay £19.18. to that Hospital for which I well
brammet your the accustomed Receipt.

I am favoured will year letter of the 25 on the Subject of day's
deputation as Keeper of the Manor of Parndon Gersons & Katherines
& agreeable to your Request write him the post to forward the
deputation last granted him, to you when you will be able to
Judge how he ought to be rated. He is Woodman to the Hospl
& receives a Salary forthat dulyPuts Care of the Game in Conse
quence must come under the Denomination of those that pay £1
It this Construction of the Act is right you will please either by Inter
terreaction is Indoesement on the Deputation to gave Day the deno-
