Sir

Your Letter of the 4 did not reach me till yesterday, which I much
regret as it carry Wish to have Mr Guswoods business will that of Pinner
Park settled as seen as possible, & as I propose leaving home on friday next
for a fort night or more, it man of necessary be part poned tell say Return.
Gurwood must be considered are excellent but Tenant, & well desasing of
every Encourage meat we can give him; he has land detched up would
of 100 Acres & in fact given a new face to the farm; the so be denteal
Repairs of the House being absolutely necessary, & as they constable
the great Expence, I do not think the Hospital should a bridge him of
little Camssets, particularly as he is disposed to pay 5 P Coat for the
Money expended & laid out on our allowing him cough Timber which
you was to settle well Mumford, as these was for Timber & dealured
in lieve of Oak. I shall therefore be oblged by year settling this been
ness, by an Arrangement which will be submitted to me one my Return
I have further to observe that he will pay 5 P Cent for the Money expended
in sinking a will, which I hopes done are this Mr. Mumford bill seem
to request close Investigation, & I think he ought allow a hand some
discount Mr. Gurwood must understand that it is required of him
to maintain deep hold the old House & to few round the Garden, so as
to keep at a next reputable ResidenceI have seat to this

Tveon. your Estimate appears near the Mark, of which the bed wherein

Sir

I have to thank you for your last Communication on the Subject if
Pinner Park which I trust will enable the Committee to come to
Terms well the Hurm. who seem disposed to offer him the And if
your EstimateIt being and instead that the Hospital
was to find cough Timber for Genwands Repairs, & to exchanged Oak, for
for deals etc, I wish you to settle that Part if the business will her
Mumford, in whose bill there is a Charge for hath & deal only of £152
of as I prepose having a Committee on Wednesday the 22 Inst. allow me
to request the business may be completely arranged, so art enable
me to settle it at that Terme: General being willing to pay Instant
upon the remaining Part, it ought to be aguctably arranged, so that
do does not pay more than a percentage on what remains after the
Value if the Timber deals & Hath is deducted from the ball Hepory
to hear from you without top of Time.

I wish to you are May last desiring you to dispose of fall ofTimberOak
Timber as £6.10 Pson, or a better Pren, if obtainable, & Salse informed you
that the Treasurer was not pleased that the Purchases of the fall in 1805 had
Months more have classed, & yes the Money is will hold which is came
countable. I have hurt fore informed you that the Usage if the Horpe
has been to allow the fan smarts to hold half a year Rent in hand buts
then it is expected that they pay the Lady day Rents punitually as Michmas
