St. Thomas Hospital Sept. 24. 1805

Sir

[Susham an Extract from Mr Cromwalle letter dated 21. Sept. relative to granting
is oblying the Tenants of Tibshelf to take leases, & cesey notice to some Tenants to guest]

I have thought at bush give you the fore going Extract from Mr Cromwell
letter He leave it to your an Judgement to determine what her you still give
notice to the offending Tenants to gust at Lady day (which is the Time I belive they
hold from) because that Cam the Notices must be slaved upon them on Saturday
near at taken, otherwise they will not be rated. Nottann can issue from givg
them notice tho' the Hospital should not eventually put them sat ifPosses
sion, & it may be a seasonable Check upon them, as will as a Moment to the
other Tenents to do what is rights. I have annexed the from of a Notice, two
Copies if which should be made, & one of them served upon the Tenant, the other
kept by your; & the person who sewer than (not yourself) which tenant do
esther upon the Tenant personally, or to his Wife or Servant upon the Premises
should wrote a for the Copy kept by your that he had observed them in such a
day & pest his Name lock You will be so good, if you deem it right to
few these Warrings, to draw up as many as are necessary, & seen them
yourself as Agent for the Governor if Sr. Thomas HospitalThoses able I
know, or can say upon the Subject, which has been deferred too long you
well probably near from the Treasurer seer.

In your next Bewick rents you wall please to take credit for £79.12
for to your arrears received from the Extras if the late lets Barlow, wheel
often repeated Applications they have as last paid, & a person has been sever to
pay at yearly interder.

Gentlemen

I am favoured well yours of yesterday date enclosing your draft
as 40 days on Juses, Hurry Etc for £40 which at maturity will be
placed to your credit for a years rent due to this Hospital is Much
last for premises leased to your as GospoetI need only remand you
that thesean Acquittance of 16 P Ann payable to the Receives by every
Tenant of the Hospital, which makes part of his Salary, & is as accounts
as the foundation itself.Your lease is in attach of Pup maker
but a Number of them as always get ready before Committee of
Governor is called to examine them, after which they are sent to the
Office if the Chamberlain of London to receive the Seat if the City
I hope during the Winter it will be sent to you for Execution.

Persons me to refer you to my Letter of the 16. July, Hosery
that I have received no Account or Remittance from Mr. Boswell
for the balance in her Hands if rent received of Mr. HickinsHe
was prewer only to pay you same taxes & Mr. Bansted's Account for
his Serven is the Hospital. Will you have the Governess to will him
why this as not done.
