in such a progress we State of Improvement that it may be looked
forward to as making two excellent farm at the Expiration of the
present Lease, a draft of which is preparing by Mr. Cromwell.

Your Preposition of peramberlating theEstateBoundaries of
the Estate dear my next Termener seems desirable, & as I should like to
be present as the Time, request you will put me in Mind of it next
Spring. Objecting in to so renewing on lives I can say nothing to
the late John Wheeler< no role > 's business further than what I have a leading done
on that Subject.

Sir

I have examined your ball for the last year with imederable
Attention, & ment degrat the Necessity of objecting to several of
the Charges, which notwithstanding the Consenation we had an
the Subject seen increased rather than deminuted. For Instance
your former Charge for attending the Committee used to be one Guinea
you now Esterate of the Week done if the Hospital Carpenter, who
is always imployed either by my own direction or by that of the
Steward appears perfectly made nessable. I am aware it was paid
last year, but considering at a novil Charge for wheel that enab-
no just Reason to a pass, I do net think myself was described in
admitting at.

I further object to a percentage on such
Jobs as partition Walls, conceasing at ought to be the Internet of the
Surveyor to keepd down those Charges as to as popable. It take
west appear improper that the Estates should be vested watts
an order for so doing, unless an annual Salary should be
allowed for that part if the duty; as agreeable to the present
Made if conducting that important part if the business that
is no bound to the Expence. In fact the whole must infation
be so understood between in that there can be no difference

Your several Letters of the 27 & 28 Inst by the Ashford and
Tevenharn Parts, levesery Notes amounting to One hundred seventy
five pounds are safely received; & enclosed I return you the Receipt
for half a year rent of the farm to Lady day last, & hall place the
Remainder to your Credit on Account of Timber.
