Backer of this Hospital to pay particular Attention to wounded
& disabled Seamen, & that on behalf of the Institution I feel myself
personally oblged by this Mark of their Munificence.

Sir

I should have replied some to your letter on the Subject if the
public Houses had I not wicked to make particular Enquire date own
thereto. James's Executer has not applied for a lease if the
Whole Hend, or of the London Bridge, and had he done so is would
have been out if my Power to have given have hopes if Success
will the Committee it being seen general Went to keep all public
Houses in the Neighbourhood of the Hospital as Tenants as will
or that a contes they Power may remain over them in oblying
them to be hope order by & guest

Sir

I am favoured well your letters of the 24th Abt. Etc I not. &
have also to acknowledge the Rect. of the Notices of discharge to the
Tenants which are returned here with duly executed a Convention
that passed will the late Treasurer & the Tenants of To be half relation
to granting them leases never could be considered by hair as
committing the Hospital; & as a Proof of it we imdeably propose
the Pawer of discharging them from then several farms & Promises
which could not be the Case if we were been to but fat any Contract
whatever Brown therefore be well considered by me before To do
think myself justified in recommendg to the Committee to grant
any length of Term an the Present Rental which certainly appears
small for upward of 1400 Ann of land, with near 80 Tenant, salute
in a popular us manufactures Country; but as the Regulation you
propose seem highly proper for the future Management if the land
for planting Etc Etc, I cannot (on behalf if the Committee) objects to als
being adopted provided we are not thereby considered to be hold by the
Conversation attended to for a Team of 21 Year from the year 1800
I expect to lease to we on Friday near for a fort night is I weeks, &
shall be glad to hear from you as that time My few point is both
camberland but I do nor think it unlikely I may return by the
Coact does it Beweck which please to name to the Tenants; could I
approve a definitive Time for being there is would be desirable you shod.

so as to correspond will the Exchange for the cash were, & as you have

properly connected, so that the one we have may be reputed from it

M. The Losun are sees in a pound P Crack you can as well deliver them
yourself, or your Son, as an Altering; it will be necessary to keep a Copy of the
Notice, & Luses all the Names served upon, Forth penn delivery them
to make a Memorance that they were respectively served are such
a day.
