Sir

I have to acknowledge the Recd. of your letter & approve if
your embracing an early Opportunity of lasty ever the Estate
at Pewsey , that you may be Prepaid fully to report thereon to
myself Buckly woman as may accompany me. I apprehend it
well be about the Middle of Marit before I can leave Leave.

We have a Valuateen of Mr. Wapshares in the year 1770 estima
ting these simple of the Estate as the Time when purchased & as the
Value of lard have greatly increased since that Time, the Hupusal
has looked to an Income from Pewsey of £1000 is £1200 P Arm.
Whenever is fell in you will please to down your Attention to
this business & canot appreand desirable from the plan that the Estate
should be divided into two farms at least, I shall hope for your Ser
simests on that Subject, as with a certain Expenditure in buildings
we might to greatly increase the Rent
Offence my Sentments on the business will
remain well yourself

I wish to you the 7 Jurn & hope you read my Letter. The
Treasurer seems deserves of knowing what Stops you have taken
or are taking relative to the Fall & Sale of Timber this Spring.
Will you be so good, as soon as you can ascertain it to inform
me of the quantity there will be of each Species, & the Price it fathly

Sir

I am favored with your letter of Yesterday date, Son
behalf of the Hospital agree with you in the Property if your
preparing such an Agreement with the Tenants at Pewsey
further continuing tell Oct next as you think it likely
we shall not object to, & as it never can be sin Desire to take
an under Advantage of the Tenants in Possission I am penua
-ded the Arrangements you will have to out met will be satisfac
-tory to all Parties. This Letter I expect will fined you there &
ur I am anxiven to have as many Particular relative to
the Estate from you as sam as you have made yourself
Master of them, you well oblige me by writing in the Subject
after you have received the Lanes, build cry Etc Etc.
