to St. Thomas Hospital Permitance to request your well return
hereing Thanks (on behalf of the Hospital) fit the Jarne, the ac-
quirs him that I shall have the pde [..] of properseing him to the
Grand Committee as a proper Pirron to e a Gerenos of then great
public Charity.

I am requested by the Treasurer to acquaint you that he has this
day on brnitted your properacon for the Renewal of year Lean to the
Grand Committee of thir Hospital, who agree to contence you their
Tinant on the Tirrm proposed in you Letter of the 17. Inss. addressed
to the Trean proposed but that they by [..] granting a lease for a longer
Term than fourteen Years.
