I much requt to find, by your letter receives the Morning
that the Bargain is off will Mess While as they appeared describe
Tenants; & as our must Made of letting sen Estates, is to ollvas the
Tenants one half year rent in hand, I should be glad you wod.

what you wish.

I am favoured will your of the 21st. inclosey a dressr dated
4 May on Roberts etc for £75. wheel or Payment will be plased to
credit for half a your rent to Much last for the Hastingleigh
Coombe farm, & for which I now enclose you the Receipt.

l am glad to hear that the Produce from Timber of this
fall will both in quantity & Piece go beyond your Estimate. if
the Oak is of the sam quality as that sold last year the adsuma
in price is certainly great. We sold some in Bucks last year
at £8.5 but then it avesaged 20 ft. P Strick do your Job secure

I should have returned an immediate Answer to your Letter of the
26th Ins, had I not conceased at preveruty necessary to know of
the Solicitor of Church Hospital (to whom the Matter has been
lately referred) is hat Proceedings have been taken by him resportg
the Arreas of a Rent Charge piciny as of your Estate a Driny
houses: & this Information I did not get tell this Morning
learn that a Distress has been lived, & therefore if the Arrears
are immediately paid, it will not be resorted to. As a Just free
been for these Proceedings, I inclose you a Copies of several letters that
have been addecped to you: by what strange fasatity they shod:
not have come to your hard I known not but after Mr. Charm
been personally called upon your Agent last Spring, he as highly
consirable if he has with that the Matter from you. There was
