Your Letter received after days ago inclering a Remittance
for two hundred & fifty Pounds is in the Treasurer Possession, who
I thought would have answered it, otherwise the Receipt should
not have been or long unacknowledged. The Treasurer & Mr
Gorrwell have seen each other Today, & as Mr Joyner lately pressed
fall Court to be held at Avely, they have concluded for notice to
be given to hold one there on Monday the 14. Inst.As
the Treasurer workes much to meet your at Parndon he pro-
-poses & hopes you can make at cravement to be there (at
Farm their on Saturday Morng the 12. Inst. from whence
a put having seen every Thing he wishes together, he will
carrvey you to her House at Medford, when Mr Crornwell is
to join your on Sunday & the party to proceed 4 lively the
next Morning. In the Mean Time Mr C. Well take Care to
send the necessary Nose in to Mr Joyner to Summon the Tenants
of the Manner to the Court.

Mr Jeffores in the Year 1799. Suffered the Insurances as Parndon
to expence that renewg. them. Several of them since Vizt. Farrs
Daniels & Hartens have been again ensured, but Ricketts, if
he is not ensured by himself, it are at Ruper. Bykes Lease her
covenants to ensure, & therefore it sayth to bedoneThe Former
Policy ensures £720 on the develling them £60 in the dairy & £20
in the Party; but not a Darn is any other seven buildg is next said
When you meet the Treasurer, be so good as to keep the ensured.
I have where is a to remark that an Advainer if rent in Acclett farm
lates place from Meet next, & preveren to it [..] in Eitench is to
be made of all necessary Reparation fr the remaing Term of his
Lease, for which he is to be allowed a percentage on the Money
expended.

I have the pleasure to tell you that Mr Chapman is
better: She has been in Danger, barn am I hope in of an way

In the Absence of the Treasurer, I have opened your letter of the
9. Inst. addressed to him, and fined it enclosed a Nemittance
of £302.-.- of which on payment £277.18.- will be placed to your
wait for the Rent due from the Deweek Tenant as Michs
last, & £24.2.- paid to Mr Cromwell for the Collery lease
lately forwarded to you.
