that the Rent at receives from your farm is exempted by a
Clamiin the Porperty Act from the Land tax of me Shakg
in the found. Witt Rupees to the Timber which
oughs to be Sitted, of a Sale can be made as advantagesly often
the Time you prepose being in Town it had better near till
then, & off preveious to given concerng you could nearly ascertain
the quantity of Oak ask & Buck that an for to be taken down
to the cenrent price the different Soals sell as about you the Trear.
& you would probably come to some Conclusion on the Subject
then you meet.

I find by Culefcates obtained from the Comminpaines for
the Midmeption of the Land tax, in 1799, that the Commonpanes for
Part of the Estate which lees in Cashew Hundredin £12. & in
bennham Hundred £2.14.0 If at will remains the same, or
of the puposed Allertim of the Value of the farm in the pacotheat
Assopineants willc ame no Vancateen, then the Return ever
have in our Pope from evelld to act upon whenever the Governrs
of the Hospital came to a defenture Resoltation upon the Subject
but should the Land tax now, or hereafter paid, be uso than I
haveg ever you, I will thank you for an Account of it
