I have barrly Time to acknowledge the Recuse of your of
Yesterday date cevesry a bell in Erdarle Etc: for £70. which
will be placed to your Credit. I make it balance of your Accot.
£76.6.2, Farr having paid only half a year rent before in the not of ye year instead
of a year which you presumed an A Day is two age he paid the
half year to Ladyday last, which well go to your Account of the
pricrebd year. He talks of giving up her farm, & has some one
in her Eye to Suat fir it. 21 year carr convencently late Pamdon
in your every to Town, you will purhaps obtain serve Preforma-
-tion the Subject. I expect Me Cromwell her next Wednesday
but perhaps that well be somer than your entered. Wirling your
& your farmily many happy Years

Having written you fully on the Subject of the Hos-
-pital Estate at Gosport so Long ago as the 25 Novr. last
without being favoured with your Reply, I must request
you well please to acquaist me by Return of Part whether
you have acted upon the Anthemity I took the Liberty of
[..] inserting you with, as it as absolutely necessary
Me Horkins should immediately pay the term awarded, well
Arrears of rent & that the Tenants late under her pay their
rents to you from Ladyday last etc etc as, expressed in
my letter.

for the defective State of the place meat be a district business
as I ensure.
