Hospital farm have been let as rack rent within 7 Years
before the passing of the Act, that rent shall be taken for the
full present Value, shall be discharged of the 1s) in the pound
& the Tenant have only to pay his 9d as Occupier. But if
her Lease, is holding is of longer date, or a fine has been paid
in Renewal, the Act gives the Corssme pences Perver to revalue

Sir,

By a deserve I had to communicate with Mr. Cromwell
the Soliciter of the Hospital on the Subject of the Lease to be granted
Messrs. Henry H: the Answer to your favour of the 28 Ult. has
been deferred. I have now to say altho' I was much disappointed
with rent of the Estate or Gospeat I am never the less pernuaded
you have done your almost for wheel on behalf of the Charity
I am much obliged. I must trespass upon you further by requests
you will desire Mr. Hookins to immediately put to your as sear
Agent the Sum of £71..5..3 as awarded to as for delaped at was
likewise are Year rent, Vizt. £10 due as the Termination of the
