Informed you an a Letter a day or two ago that I should
seen forward to you some Circular Letters to the Hospital
Tenants under your Management, Signifying that the
Mume arising to the Hospital from their farms Etc is by a
Clearer in the Preperly Act excepted from the Payment
of the Land Lores Tax of 1s, in the Pound; I this is done with
a View that they may appear the Assissoes & Collectors of
the Exception, The guinded themselves against the Paymt.
