SirSt. Thomas' Hospital July 9, 1803 .

This serves to acknowledge the Receipt of your letter of the 6. to
the Treasurer enclosing, in two drafts, a Remittance of £775.17.10. [..]
[..] To be half [..] , say £625.17.10 for the Tibshelf Ladyday
rents & £150. for the Remainder of £350. agreed to be paid by you for
the Collevey Stock Utemets Etc, & which when in Cark will be placed to
your credit.On necessary up the Account it appear that you have
entered the balance of the To behalf rents £10. too little, Vizt. £625.17.10
instead of £635.17.10. This Error you will please to rectify, & you may
either remit for it when you have occasion to write again or include
it in your next Remittance for rework rents.

The Treasurer nor frequently ensuing to Tenn on a Saturday or
Monday, I thought it would be satisfactory to your to receive an Accot.
of your Remittance being safeYour Information respecting the
[..] & the Gundely of Coal [..] get at Ladyday last will be
lack before have as soon near Meeting.

Dear SirLondon 11 July 1803.

Mr Beevers in my Absence on Saturday acknowledged
the Rect. of your Remittance for the [..] To behalf rents & for the
value of the Implements Etc Etc which you purchased of the Hospl.
for the use of the Collery. We shall now go regularly on with
that Concern, & it will give me great Satisfaction to learn that
it proves an advantageous one to you.

Mr Alder being a [..] for an Answer to her Proposition
for an exchange of land in been of the [..] , I lose no turn
in advising your that I propose summonery a Committee for the
Purpose of taking the same into Consideration but as your Sente
ments will have grear Wright with me & I treat with all
the Members, I require you will please to favour me will your
Opinion therein as soon as possible, that you will acquaint
me whether you do not think your Presence would be necessity
or rather that you opreeld be Apprented by the Hospital to
act on it behalf will the Watcher week Commissioners.
