To Revd. W. Marshall, Steeple Bumpstead Essex.

Dear Sir

The annexed is a Copy of Mr Cromwell Letter in
Reply to your last favour, which by Mistake I observe to
be dated 5 March: as I have every Opinion of his
Judgement you well please to governor your [..] burby.
I shall be glad to meet you as an early day at
Parndon as there are in any Things for us to settle for the
Benefit of the Estate, Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays I
am Generally engaged in Town; you well therefore oble [..]
me by mamory any other day, & giving me a Weeks
Notice thereof

P. S. In a Letter last May you purposed grands a lease to Edwd.
Tuck
< no role > of the Saven fields & Broadleys from Meets laid, but this Genrl
has never passed the Committee. Will you when you see the Treasr.
say to been whether you stall week it to be carried into effect.
I had not bring it to your Remembrance that New Kings
Agreement for Etterly expires the Lady day

Sir

Your Letter of the 24 Inst, & dress of lease Etc. came duly to
hand: the Letter I forwarded to the Treasurer at Wood ford who
has been here this Money, & in coundery your Re [..] on this
Collery lease has directed me to make she following Observation
& Answer to them

Remark 1.


£1. Lands on Grounds or any other hands or Ground belonging to
the said Major Etc in the Township of Tibshelf well as necessary
coal over the same on paying the rent of the sued land to
each Occupion.

Agreed to.

Remark 2.


Hereby decesed or its where upon the said lands Etc in
Tibshelf aforesaid

Answer

Agreed to.

Remarks 3.


Land specified to be will laid down will good Grefouds 3 years
at lead before the Expiration of the Lease.

Observation


In this the Treasurer consider that you have prepared to do what you
would require to be done by any other Person holdg. the farm.

for the Liberty of dying & taking away

Observation}


on makg. walls & pillam of Coats for the Support of the roofs, & letting
in an & pricing the water Cosmer, what your have expunged & sub
