another Gentleman will well acred Beds at your House; but
if I have said two much you well be so good unto provide them
elsewhere, & also say in your Answer (which you will give by
the Return of Port) whether you would [..] to sleep att
mansfield & if so your cure probably spend the Evening with
him & take Care of Beds & C. thereThese several matters

I have now to desire that you well make me a [..] or
[..] of £16.17.Vizt. for 5 Quarters rent & due as Michs.
last £15.1.10 & £1.15.2 for Insurance on the Premises as Butting
that for a year from Xmas last; What you well [..] every
your seen after Meeting make Payment of the Rent there due
agreeable to the established made of recovery the Hospital rents

The Sum to been send on the premises at Butley that
yet remains [..] . you promised to take the Opinion of
some Person conversant in thise Matters & to let [..]
[..] of the Value; but serely the difference between £700
the Ann now ensured & £3000 which [..] by says weight
to be excused is two great to be acquainted in you well please to
to remember that I have protested agreemt it, & therefore should a
Loss happen, as the value of the Premises is to be ensured by the Term
of your le any the Lop above the carting Insurance would fall
upon youThe Consideration should make you as [..]
as I can be that the Matter shall be put upper a right footing.

I have been out of Townsend Friday last of on my Return
I find that the draft you sent me on Hodsoll & Rerling for £235. 2)
dated the 9. Inst was on that day presented by the Hospital
Bankers & was not knowned. This being the Case, In relte to
express your of it, & shall order it to be presented again on Saturdays
by who it part I hope you well provide for the payment of it at your
Bankers or make me a better Remittance I am &
