Gosport. Agreeing will you that it will be [..] for two compilent
Judges to Assess the Value of the Repairs that are wanting to the
Premises, annexed you will proud a Letter on that point to Mr Minchen
who has latterly paid the Rent to the Hospital for the Lease holders, [..]
(which you will please to sent to him) & when he has conculled his Pun-
upols on the business & communicated to you the a Answer; if they
apart you well please to [..] let Mr Binsted meet the puron named
by them if they refuse to make any Compensation you will then
Lease the Goodness to wrote agree to the Treasurer. I well be prefer
too for Mr. Binsted to be Satisfied whether the present Occupion is a
responsible Tenant & well punctualty pay the rent [..] that was
paid to the late lease hold us (which he will enquire find sent) tell
such Term as the Committee shall determine whether they intend to
sell the Estate or to relott it, & it well be also desirable for Mr Binsted
to make Valuation of the for sample, & of what it should lett for
on a repairing LeaseTendasery you Mr Chapmans

Sir

I am favoured will your Answer of the £19. (to mine of the £7 Inst)
and in Reply well Church you to acquaint Mr Binsted that you
concern with the Hospital in assessing the Value of the Delupedations on
the Estate as the little Hard, & Lease named Mr. Wilmot to meet
him on the Subject.

The Treasurer of this Hospital, from along Acquaint and
will Mr Lindegreen desired him to employ a proper Paun to view
& report the state of the Tenements & Premises at Gosport, on the Expe
ration of the Lease, but no Lease upon has not seprefied any work
to take a lease of them himself as you surmize, nor can I ray, left
the Committee of managing Governors have come to a Resolution on
the Subject whether they will be lett again on a repairing lease,
or sold (as it is isolated properly) for the Midimption of the Land tax
but should they determine upon the former, I believe they premises will be
lett at public Auction for the but improved next they will felch
without favour or performce to any Person whatever.

Dear Sir

I am the day favoured will your Letter of the £20.asg
a Rumittance Value £300 which will of (same be caused to your
credit. Deny decededly of Opinion that all Tenants to the Hospital
must be punctual in the Payment of then rents, I do hope you
will find no difficulty in receiving these you name to be
due. My leasure days me Mundays, Tuesday Satursday any
