I have to acknowledge the Rect. of your Letter of the £15. (addcepted
to the Treasurer) enclosing adrass for £651. 17. 10 which as matu
nly will be placed to your Credict for the Tebshelf Rents Etc dere
at Michams last. The Rent at being in the Treasurer Reefs who
has not been has Today, I cannot usually examine the Accot.

rent of the House Etc inhabited by Mr. Weld, other I presence was
agreed to by your on her Undertally the Superentendency of the
Colliery. The two Cottages Arrears are to be street off, Store
Cottage rents to cause from Michl. Labr.

I forget as very Return from Tibshelf to inform you that I
had given your accot. credit for the four Guineas you supptecd in
with for on Journey be so good are to Labr credit for it in year

you. I do not that me Cromunte has made the Dress of the
Collery Lease but he shall be informed of your Wert when I

Sir

I have already wrote to you at Tibshelf in Acknowledge
ment of the Receipt of the Remitance for the Michmas each Etc
but as you have not in your Letter taken any Notice of the
Explanation & Observations I wrote you repairs some of the
Covenants in the lease to be granted you of the Callery, & as
Mr Cramwell, I find has delayed desiring the lease tell your
Acqueesunce in those Explanation was signified from a Wish
that he might make the Dress as correct as popably before
it was sent for your Perusal; I have to by the farvest of
you to say whether my Remarks were explanation and
satisfactory to you, is whether you have any further objections.
