the Counterpart fishes Execution, You will please to let him
sign I deliver at in your Presence, & put your Attention at the
Back & return the Counterpart to me & deliver the Lease to him.
Our Solicitors Charge for the Leases is £14.16.- which being added
to the rent, as per Note at the Bottom you will be so good as to
remit for, payable to A. Chapman Esqr. the Treasurer or to myself,
& you will please to draw the bill payable in all Decremr. as our
Books are closed on the 31. for the balance, & if it is not in Cash at that
time it does not came before the Auditors, & they will consider Mr. T.
as a Defaulter in her Payment. He is allowed the Gues rent two years
of which, den Michmas, he has not claimed. If he brings them to you
you will deduct them from the Accot. & send them (will her Land tax Rects
which should be given up to the Hospital) under Cover will the lease

Mr. Beeven the Receiver of this Hospital having on
the 30 April, by Note 26 May last written you fully in the
Subject of Arrears of rent due from you to the four Royal Hospi
-tals, as very from a Charge on your Estate at Drury-houses near
York , and not being favoured with a Reply thereto, as your
Agent paying the same to the Hospitals Steward, Mr. Chambers,
I am desirous of apprizing you that it will be necessary for
you to give immediate directions on the Subject, as from the
Hospital's Accounts being closed at Christ in as it will be obsolutely
necessary to give directions to the Solicitor to percied in Case the
Money is not paid.

The Treasurer, who is also an older Prot her of the Trenity,
being absent for a week on a naval Station below Gravesend, I
have the pleasure to acknowledge the Recept of your Letter of Yesterdays
date in closing your draft (due the 30) on R. & G. Fuller & Co: fir £132.0.8
which shall be placed to Mr. Tyrrell's Credit, for reat, leases Etc. &
enclosed I return your my Receipt which you will please to kind
to him.

I am much obliged to you for year ready Attention to and
Execution of the business, and infuture if you would able the Maths
will Mr. Tyrrell to maker a Remittance payable in all Decreased in,
there would be no Necessity for my writing otherwise than to acknow
-ledge your draft, & to retain Mr Tyrrells Receipt.
