disposition, I should this small I can be parted well, I doubt nor

Dear Sir

Mr Beaves inform me that by your letter the meets
of the Commissioners is fixed for the 29th. the day I named for
Parndon, I am therefore apprehemise at will be in con [..] near [..]
for your to meet me there. On Behalf of the Hospital I see
no Improperty in complying will your Request in apprenting
Mr I. Duyms re our Commissioners, & do not doubt your prosecu
ting with him every Claim that the Hospital has on the
Henten Inclosure and that the Rights of the Improprectives &
these of the Lord of the Manor will be equitably of only settled.

Dear Sir

I have deferred writing to you tell I had a Grand Common
which mar yesterday of I have the Satisfaction to say informed
every Thing done by me as Tibshelf. Your letter desired in him
for me to get the Alteration you wished relative to the Viewers;
in Consequence, in case you disapprove of the Conduct of the one
the Hospital apprents you may name and they Whose live a
there which I think is every Thing you works. I reflect with
great pleasure on the short Knt to you which I hope has afforded
mutual Gratification. The Amepur of the Tenants at Newark
relative to the Withering week Inclosure as unpardenableWhen
is but to be done under those Circumstances. Mr. Beavers well
wrch a few lines where ushedging the Remittance Etc It is to

obliging Attention well as soon be forgot in either by myself or
