of which I should be glad to meet you at Parndon, as there are
several Affairs for into attend to at that Place. I shall write
to Mr Cromwell on the Subject of the House belonging to the
Wounley Poor & should James Chapman< no role > to whom I long [..]

attend to your Wishes, but I rather think he is arr [..] to be
employed. I am glad to find you preserve in Mr Cromwells
Sentiments Irelative to the Henton Inclosure, & as the Meeting is
held this day you will be able to advise me the Result
On the Subject of the funn Etc at Etterley, I think there is a great
deal of land for little Money, & Prever to Mrs Kemp havg. any
Preference in treating for fresh lease we entainly shall what
that she put both the Humestall House the College will the
Danes into proper Repair; this 2 shall ever is under as a Preturre
nary Measure, as the original Contract certainly ought to be fulfilled
before the Parties apply for a such Term.When you have

I have received an Answer to the letter I wish to Mr Minchin
a short time ago & submitted to your Perusal in which he says,
"The Proposal you make for aputancey what is in cumbert on
"the lessee of the premises belonging to St. Thomas's Hospital to do is so
" [..] and reasonable that it can not be objected to Mr Hoskins
"(the last Mortagage) therefore most readily acquances in it, & names
"Mr John Wilmet of the Tenn as Surveyor in his Part."

I have wish in Reply to Mr Minchin that the Treasurer of
this Hospital fully un [..] this made of assessing the Value of
the dapecahens in the Estate, & approach Mr Demted in the part of
the Hospital to meet Mr Wilmot in the Subject. I have
therefore in Mr Chapmen Name to repeat the favour of you
to desire Mr Binsted to meet Mr Wilmot in that delay to settle
the Matter, & as soon as he has made the Calculations referred to
in my Letter [..] of the £7. Truly a Communication from you on the
Subject will be [..] toreturned after [..] by the
Treasurer who request me to present you will he Courts.
