Agreeable to you Wishe I have this Day made known
to the Ground Committee of the Hospital your Deserr of be using
Tenant to the Estate at Gosport which presence to your Apple
when had been value at £100. P Ann, the Tenant to upon
& maintain the premises, & I have obtained the Preference
for you on those Term on a lease for 21 years presaded your
approve thereof; & as Lessee under the Hospital Covenat to pay
the premises necessary to rebuild the Houses I apprehend you
would not object to it.

& Collery farm, which when you have perused & weighed you will
return with your approval or observation upon it.Mr. Cann
will I believe has availed himself of a lease of this Suet which
he drew some years ago seven Load Effingham to the Walkers
of Rotherham. & which was settled after much Delebuction
on the pair of both the Refer the fees.I hope you are
safe returned from Bristol
