The Insurance on the Premises called Mausam Buildings on
lease to Edw. Russell< no role > Esqr . deced. & in the Occupation of Messrr. Oranes
expence Tommorow. I informed your Agent, who called not long ago
to enquire into the matter, that the Hospital would receive the
Insurance , & call upon you for the Reumbursement. The Premises
being ensured for £3000, & a very Lazardres Business carried on
in them, the Armour of the Premeasure & duty is £112.10.which
I must request you well make good to the Hospital with all
covenant despatch.
