Accommodation there, extended to Cambridge, I had seen so great
inconvenience from the Want of the restriction that I procured it to be
inserted in the Cheshnut inclosure bell & we have experienced the good
effects of it: the Commissioners do not like it because it prevents their
Appointment of a Number of Meetings at the same place convenient
to them, but it caries the Solicitors & others concerned frequently a
great distance from the Inclosure, keeping them in waiting what it
they arrangaged upon other Inclosures. Local Circumstances also
continually occurring also render their use meetings upon the spot par
ticularly desirable.I Flatter myself you will excuse my
troubling you with or long a Letter but I am sure that too much
attention cannot be paid to the Subject of expence. I presence the
regular notice of the entended application will be given in Term;
you know that their is a lunded time by the Orders of the House of
Commons which I thank is some day in the present or near Month.
