stands. I cannot proceed to take Val Hospital balance as the Conclu
sion of the Year, & yet I am required by a standiny Order of the
General Court to have the Accounts of the Hospital ready, within

in the year exceedingly overseers for a constant Stimular upon
we to get every part of the Hospital Income collected before
Xmas. But indeed I must say for the Honour of the Hospital
tenants, collectively considered, that out of more than 150 under
my Collection (the quarter part of them Tenants of Houses who
pay then rent up to Michamas) I have but two or three petty
rents outstanding which I capect to get in before the year as ended

in Bucks, but sever I have been here I have suspectedly preposed
upon them the absolute Necessary of Punctuality, drawer

for the Terme to comeAs the farmtenants are allowed half
a year in hand, the Order of the Consurable directs that then
