completely to examine of enter your Acct. of Accts etc. If the
[..] Bells for the Repair at Daniels can be ascertained
before the 31st. I can enter them in the present Account but after
that Term I cannot do it. With Respect to Daniel [..] taking
place free Michmas 1800 he well please to consider that
Taglet never had a Lease tho' there was an Agreement for one,
therefore the the Hospital caught be bound in Morecuto centerman
him out be Possess of her farm for 21 Years, it was not bound
to accept another what stead; besides by the Agreement he was
[..] received to keep the buildings in Repair, of if Mr Daniel wanto claim
anything on the footing of Mr Tagells Agreement, the Hospital
night call upon him for a considerable part of the money lately
expended in her Repairs And is these Circumstances therefore its
Expected Mr Daneil will make no difficulty about the advance
taking place from [..] 1800, & I shall so enter it upon the
Hospital BooksYou any reced of Edwd. Tuck< no role > £7.. 10 -for
½ years rent; but is not the every? Both the Treasurer & Mr
Cresswell believes (to says the Committee Minute) that the Surrey
land was to be lett to him at £13 P AnnTell your Accot. &
Letter came I knew not but Mr Willings tell was still Tenant
of the Hospital, but it seems [..] has been in the Occupation
of her land since Lady day 1800. For want of any he away they
Mr. Wevar charged will that to Xmas 1800 in the Hospital Ledger
[..] was charged to the same Term £55. P Ann where as an
Abatement was to be made in her Rent for the land lett off to Daniel
if £7. P ann from Mich 1800. The Hospital Accounts having
been balanced of audited to Xmas last, no Alternation can be made
within, & subsequent deductions appear unseemly & cannot be
made very intelligible set of Gentleman who go there [..]
the Exam no tear of the yearly [..] a few [..] I could
wart when any Alterations of their Nature take place in the
Tenantees it well they Nugh be noticed as the Time & then I
should be [..] when the Rents are charged to make them corres-
-spendent to the Alteratons Iam & I. B.

After apologezery for then Address, I beg leave to inform you that
I have lease [..] written within these two months to Mr Joseph Tyrrell< no role >
the Hospital Tenant at Milton respecting payment of his read
den as Michaelmas last, & acquanted him that the Hospital Accounts
being balanced at Christmas, the Gentleman Auditors who examine
them expect of me that the Ments, due as the proceeding Nucks
shall be collectd & passed to Acct. before the Books are closed, To these
letters I have reced no Reserver, wheel I am the more surprized at
